Sellers agree to provide accurate product descriptions, disclose product conditions, and comply with local laws regarding their sales. Sellers are responsible for any disputes with buyers and must resolve issues directly.
Buyers agree to conduct due diligence before purchasing, verify product authenticity and condition, and pay as agreed. Buyers are responsible for disputes with sellers and should use payment methods that offer buyer protection.
Ratings and reviews represent user opinions and are not verified by Ibiza Community. We do not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, or reliability of reviews. Users may rate based on their transaction experience. False or defamatory reviews may be removed and could result in legal liability.
Users must not use the marketplace to sell illegal items, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or items that violate local laws. Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, misrepresent items, or mislead other users.
Ibiza Community monitors content to enforce these terms and community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations. Users may report problematic content through our reporting system. Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes are subject to binding arbitration under Spanish law and jurisdiction in Ibiza.
